You need to click the “Pictometry Viewer” tool and then click on the map. The Pictometry Viewer needs the map coordinates to determine which images to return. If you are clicking on the map with the Pictometry Viewer tool and the Pictometry Viewer window does not open, check to see if you are using a pop-up blocker. If you are using a pop-up blocker, turn it off or set it to allow pop-ups from this website.
