Nothing appears after entering obligation number and pressing Find?
1. Check the format of the Obligation no. It should be of the format: – C—– (for Contracts), – P—– (for Purchase Orders) 2. Try searching on another field, eg.Supplier Name, using wildcards*. 3. The contract may not exist in EFIS (for example, if the contract was inactive at the time EFIS went in to production). In this case contact IDHELP.
