NOT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM US?
We send three types of emails to our members’ email addresses. First, a confirmation email is sent to a new member’s email address he/she provides during registration. Second, when a member receives chat messages or other interactive communication messages in the members’ area, a notification message will be sent to that member’s email address. Third, occasionally, we send promotional messages to our members’ email addresses. Some members noted that they didn’t receive our notification messages in their inboxes. We encourage you to check your bulk mail, spam folder, or junk mail folder to see if your anti-spam filters have incorrectly sorted your confirmation or notification emails there.
