North Atlantic Networks is assuming my DNS. How do I ensure the transition is smooth?
First, DNS services must be listed on the customer contract for North Atlantic Networks to provide the service. If not listed, the customer will be required to fill out a “Request for Additional Services” form. The additional services request form can be found online here. Once completed, North Atlantic Networks will then contact you and provide instructions for initiating the change. North Atlantic Networks requests that the customer performs this step because they are usually the administrative owner of the DNS services. If difficulty is encountered with this step, North Atlantic Networks will gladly assist.
