The only disadvantages I can think of are 1. if you’re concentrating on heel and toeing you might not be concentrating on the other aspects of driveing… where you’re going; are you going too fast… 2. while Heel and Toeing you have less of your foot on the brake pedal and if you suddenly have to hit the brakes HARD your foot might slip or not generate enough force.
