NORMAL PLASTICS LAST THOUSANDS OF YEARS – HOW DOES ECOWAD® WORK?
The material is designed to be produced and stored in line with normal plastics. In its raw state the material needs to be kept cool and dry. Once produced and loaded we have tested in normal storage conditions for over one year with no degradation of performance. The material breaks down in the environment by using moisture and bacteria – it literally decomposes along the same line as food waste, but takes a little longer.
