Noise Pollution and Light Pollution is a major concern for the surrounding neighborhoods. How is this being addressed?
The PD Guide includes lighting regulations that address night sky concerns. These regulations were proposed by the Town Planner and include provisions that are greater than the Towns current ordinances. With regard to noise pollution, the PD Guide includes existing provisions for park quit time and in addition Bear View is willing to modify the PD Guide regarding use of motorcycles and ATVs as well as for live music.
