Nobody could play Bette Porter but Jennifer Beals. Are you like her?
A. (Jennifer) She said that she’s very emotional and in her personal life she would love to take Bette Porter with her when she needs a good rant. She also said that she spends a lot of time in Vancouver. She runs a lot and there are woods in Vancouver where she loves to run. That place is her sanctuary, her home and recently there was a woman who was running there one afternoon and she was murdered. (Here’s the article about that ). And then later that week Jennifer was helping them to organize the run. She said that mostly she was helping to make posters at Kinko’s to warn everyone about what happened there and to make a banner for the run that they organized to take back the woods and to honor the family. At one point she was talking to one woman who was the organizer of the event (at that point Jennifer turned to Kim and asked if she could swear; Kim said it was okay and Jennifer did).
