No trace was captured in Universal Tracer for Handset-Card tracing using Mobile SIM Connector. What is the troubleshooting steps?
Tacer session must be started before the handset being powered on to allow the MSC to record the PPS speed. Follow the following step to troubleshoot: 1. Close the current tracing session, power off the handset. 2. Reset the MSC by pressing the red button on the hardware. 3. In Universal Tracer, start a new tracing session. 4. Power on the handset.
