reporting them to your fraud department at your bank if you bank with anyone , and contacting the federals trade commision and office of consumer affairs who investigate help resolve and deal with comapny’s who fraudenlty try or do ripp off there customers with things like this i went through the same thing with time warner cable here in los angeles who have a bad habit of lieing covering up false charges and trying to keep over charges and uauthorized payments /tranactions they fixed up to bill people unfailry it took contacting the fruad department and a supervisior at my bank along with a ton of emails and phone calls to finally get my money back and reporting them to the federal trades commison and bureau of consumer affairs
