No response from TeleCraft When I dial hunt group 1, TeleCraft does not do anything for several seconds and then I hear the busy signal. Why?

A14: There is no hunt group 1. All extension numbers in TeleCraft start with “1” and require 2 more digits. Thus when you press “1”, TeleCraft waits for two more digits and since none arrive, you hear the busy signal after TeleCraft times out.
