Unfortunately, some car seats don’t fit well with some vehicles and no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to get the seat tight enough. Try installing the car seat in a different seating position in the back seat. If that doesn’t work, keep the receipt and box for the seat and see if it can be exchanged for another one that fits your vehicle.
