No growth hormone appears when I prime the Norditropin® NordiLet® and the push-button will not go in?
The needle may not be attached tightly enough. Put the outer cap back on the needle and tighten it in a clockwise direction. Or, the needle may be blocked. Change the needle and prime your pen until growth hormone appears at the needle tip. If none of the above resolves this query, check to make sure the Norditropin® NordiLet® pen is not empty.
