well i am a Michigan resident as well and i filed mine on the 2nd of February and i just received both my federal and state on Wednesday. What program did you use to e-file. I did mine on turbo tax which also gave me an estimate on when it would be in my account. I would say give it another week and then maybe ask your local city village or township leaders who you should contact for that.
