Nissan xterra tire pressure light problems?
I have a 2007 nissan xterra se, obviouisly. A couple of days ago my tire pressure monitor light came on, so i checked the tire pressure and filled it back up to 35psi. The light didnt go away, but at the time i thought that it would after a bit, but its been like a week now and just a few hours ago i rechecked my tires and they’re still 35psi but the light still wont go away!!! How do i make the light go away? and is 35psi the right psi? A: The low tire pressure warning light does not automatically turn off when the tire pressure is adjusted. After the tire is inflated to the recommended pressure, the vehicle must be driven at speeds above 16 MPH (25 km/h) for several minutes to activate the TPMS and turn off the low tire pressure warning light. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the tire pressure. The spare tire often has a sensor in it too. Also ALL the tires need to be within 2 pounds of eash other. A regular tire pressure guage is NOT accurate enough, you need a digital gauge. Not
