Nissan Altima losing coolant after gaskets replaced?

I have a 2004 Nissan Altima. Was loosing coolant a lot. Mechanic said I blew gaskets from an internal leak & replaced a lot of gaskets. After running the car tonite, I’m STILL loosing coolant. When I stopped at the store I checked & I was full. When I got home I was down to 1/2 way between MAX & MIN lines on the resevoir tank. I also hear a rattling noise when I hit about 20MPH, but no sounds below or above it. What else could be wrong???? Head gasket was replaced as well-the service engine light came on & I was loosing power. The engine runs great again, but still having issues with coolant. A: the coolant level will go up and down,,as the thermostat opens and closes on your car,,and sometimes the level in the jar you see wont all be the same,,before you add to it,,look at it real good,,if it does not go down a whole lot,,drive it and see it it stays where it is before you go adding t it,,you can over fill it,,and then it will blow out coolant ,,and you will think you have another pro
