A. Wilmette has generously shared examples of their successful Caught Being Good program. HERE is a sample press release. HERE is a sample letter to merchants, requesting participation. HERE is a sample survey that they send to merchants who have participated. HERE is a sample of the coupon that they provide to the Wilmette Police Department to hand out to those children “caught” wearing their helmets! THANKS WILMETTE!!
