Newstext has eaten up my credit but I haven got the article – what now?
You can download the article again within 15 minutes of the first time you downloaded it and Newstext will recognise this and will not charge you for the second download. If 15 minutes have passed since you downloaded the article, email us at newstext@newsltd.com.au with details such as your Newstext username and how many credits you’ve lost, and we will adjust the credits on your account and email you accordingly.
