Web NetConnect is the WWW version of NetConnect. Details for Network Contacts may be found at NetConnect Changes. What is a Network Contact? Network IT Contacts act as the contact point for network connectivity issues within their defined areas. There are currently more than 150 Network Contacts for various workgroups, departments, and buildings throughout the FAS Network. Network Contacts and FAS Network Operations work closely together to help FAS departments maintain network connections, each having separate roles to play in keeping the network operating smoothly. It is expected that Network IT Contacts will fulfill the responsibilities listed below. Faculty and Staff Computer Support and the FAS Network Operations groups will assist Network Contacts with training to satisfy this requirement.
