Library Online strives for a very quick turn-around time with new letter templates. Generally, new templates are designed and posted to the site within 3 to 5 business days from the date the request is received, however, the number of requests in the queue at the time of receipt ultimately dictates the turn-around time. Therefore, specific completion times cannot be guaranteed. Members are contacted by email as soon as their new letter template is posted on the site.
