New Royal Palm Estates Golf Driving Range: What should owners and tenants be aware of?
The golf driving range was opened on 13-12-2008 and is available for owners, residents and also open to the public – 365 days a year. The newly appointed golf PRO Jacques Beukes has added great value onto our driving range and this is a major plus point. (Contact Jacques Beukes on 073 563 5705) The practical arrangements are as follows: • Driving Range is run by HOA (Hugh Thornycroft) • Please remember there are superb putting and chipping greens available • “Avesh” has been appointed to run the driving range and he has his own “small business” running on this amenity. Avesh is your contact person and his tel number is 073 249 4582 • Hours of operation: on pre-arrangement only. Weekdays : 07h00 – 17h45 Week-ends / Public Holidays : 08h00 – 17h30 • Costs: Owners : Free (must produce estate ID card to Avesh on arrival or you will have to pay) Public : R 10.00 per bucket of x 50 balls (this is the cheapest around!!) Other items for hire – Putters and some other clubs – also packet of T’s
