Yes, please see Bulletin B-0015-08, page 2, the final instructions for preparing the data files. Each record in the data file includes the sample rates for one ZIP/county combination. A record begins with the company’s TDI Number, followed by the MGA Number (if applicable), then File Type, File Subtype, Effective Date, then ZIP Code, then County Code. Texas county names and codes are listed with the ZIP codes in the tabs labelled “Selected ZIPs” in the TDI Helpinsure Data Call Record Layout and ZIP lists 3-14-08.xls file.
