Towards the late nineties some systems began to uncover various diaries and scrolls of which were supposedly to belong to Dr Mikao Usui they were supposed to contain entries and notes from Usui when he was alive. Many people in other systems are still waiting for this to be made public and available. Some of the diary information has been used to create new courses some examples being used are; breath work with Reiki, chanting the symbols as mantras as a person stands and looks towards the east, even reading Japanese poetry (sounds nice) to adding martial arts and oriental combat moves.
