[1] Your salary was above the midpoint at the time of the signing of the agreement, and fell below the midpoint of the new pay grade; however your salary was already above the 92% or 96% target rates, so you didn’t get an increase in March 2007. In this case you are eligible to move the 100% (i.e., midpoint) of the pay grade at July 1, 2007, provided you are not already paid above it. This is subject to satisfactory performance. OR [2] Your salary was below the midpoint at the time of the signing of the agreement, in which case, you were not entitled to a salary increase in March 2007. If you are in this situation, you may be entitled to a midpoint progression increase to the midpoint of the pay grade if you have been in the job for four or more years at July 1, 2007.
