Gothmog of A from the BioWare forums has made a workaround patch for ATI users to try. You can download it here: http://mschoder.bei.t-online.de/nwnati.tar.gz. Note that you shouldn’t require the xdelta patch with the latest client released from BioWare. Users have reported success with this patch on TNT2, Matrox 450 and Voodoo5 cards.
