Yes its alway best to leave o good terms as you might want to go back. basicaly all you need to say is something like; Dear ………. I have to regretfully inform you of my notice to leave my position, i have enjoyed my time here but as I informed you on taking this job I need to leave to complete a 1 year work experiance for my university.
