Do you mean an actual log cabin or just a cottage? It’s a bit cold here at the moment so bring plenty of warm clothes with you if you’re going to be in a cabin. You don’t say whether you mean the Lake District / Scotland / Dorset etc. The UK is a pretty big place! lol. Try www.hoseasons.co.uk and click on lodges/cottages and you should find something. Some of the Scottish caravan parks also have lodges in the north of Scotland. Granny’s Heilan Hame comes to mind. www.parkdeanholidays.co.uk for that one. As someone else mentiond CenterParcs has lodges but it can be pricey if you are going during school holidays or want the luxury cabins – also is more of an action holiday (cycling etc.) than romantic.
