Need quick business loan and ex ruined my credit! Where is the best place to turn?
I was just divorced and won the business and the house. The business is solid but my ex cleaned out all accounts before turning over and hadn’t paid any of the bills which add up to almost $40,000. He had already mortgaged out the house so no good there and ruined my credit by not paying the mortgage which I am negotiating on now. I don’t have any financials as we had sold the business 5 years ago and held papers and took it back in Feb. the real estate alone is worth over 2M and there is no mortgage, only a $250,000 line of credit (used) and $200,000 loan on the liquor license. Electric is due Friday, which I was able to get extended until then but I don’t even know if I will have it by then so I need money quickly. I have private bank stock and over the counter utility stock to use as collateral also. Where is the best and quickest way to go? Even the 08 tax returns are extended so I have no docs hardly to show at all. I know if I can survive a couple of months things will be fine. H
