capably if you want to diet try this you will get much more food out of it and it is really heathy also try to stay away from cereal period because its about 200 calories or more and within are way more things you can have for less calories presently this is what i eat breakfast- 2 egg whites scrambled- 34 calories 1 peice of double fiber toast- 70 calories 4 ounces of fruit- 60 calories total calories- 164 ^ that is already less calories that one bowl of special k cereal beside milk lunch- either fruit or a specail k snack bar-90 calories snack-turkey sliced deli meat-50 calorie dinner-lean cusine- 200-290 calories total calories-now that is around 600 calories so you have plenty of room for snacks 🙂
