NBC will know by the purpose code listed on your travel voucher. If you are attending a training session, your voucher should be coded with a “T”. If you are attending a meeting of less than 30 participants, your travel voucher should be coded as an “I”. However, keep in mind; if you have attendance of 30 or more participants, you must have an approval memo attached to your travel voucher and your voucher should be coded as a “C”.
