NATS is licensed by the CAA to provide air traffic control services in the UK – what are the terms of this licence?
NATS is licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide air traffic control services. The terms of our licence require us to be capable of meeting on a continuous basis any reasonable level of overall demand.
