My XM Radio Online (XMRO) presets don appear in the new Media Player. What happened?

Presets from the old XMRO Player were not brought into the new Player. Don’t worry though, setting presets in the new Player is quick and easy. You can set your favorites by clicking on the “heart” icon next to your favorite channels. The heart icon will turn white, confirming that the channel has been successfully stored.
