My Windows installation didnt work. What can I do?
If the installation doesnt work, you can install the FormatEase files manually. If the automatic installation file does not work: Put the FormatEase CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. Go to My Computer or Windows Explorer, right-click on the FormatEase disk icon, and select Open. Navigate to the Windows folder on the disk and locate the file setup.exe. Double-click on setup.exe to run it. If you installed the program and see the FormatEase box on your Word toolbar, but can’t find the templates when you go to File > New: Put the FormatEase CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. If the automatic installation starts, click on Cancel to stop it. Navigate to the Windows folder on the FormatEase CD-ROM, following the instructions above. Locate the FormatEase templates folder and copy and paste it into the location where your Word templates are stored.
