This tip comes from http://www.jsiinc.com If you start the Terminal Services Manager tool in Minimized mode on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server Console, you may experience the subject difficulty. NOTE: This only happens in a console session, not in a Remote Desktop Protocol session. To resolve this issue: 1. Go to Start / Programs / Administrative Tools. 2. Right-click Terminal Services Manager and then press Properties. 3. Set Run: to Maximized. 4. Press OK.
