The autovent you choose is really governed by the weight of the window it is going to open. If, however, the window has a large surface area, it is always a good idea to fit the triple spring version, as it will help to prevent wind getting under the glass and blowing the window back on itself. The larger the area of glass in the window the greater the risk of vent flutter.
