My wifes body temperature has been higher than average since a kid.Is that a sign of anything unhealthy?

Since a kid, she seems to be hotter temperature wise than normal people. Even when we sleep or the kids hug her in bed, everybody stops hugging her (including myself) after about 5 minute because her body is hotter than the average person. Again, she’s been like this since a child.
