My WeatherEye GOLF says it is connecting but it is not showing any weather data for my course?
There are several reasons why you may not be seeing weather data: • Are you connected to the Internet? An active internet connection is required for the WeatherEye GOLF to get updated data from our servers. • Do you have a compatible operating system with our WeatherEye GOLF application? Windows XP or Vista operating system is required to operate this application. • The WeatherEye GOLF is scheduled to call for data at certain time intervals throughout the hour, to manually call for new data, click on your application when it is expanded and then hit SHIFT F5. Your WeatherEye GOLF will get the latest information available from our servers. • To service over 2 Million application users, we serve our weather data from a large network of servers. If one of the servers is having issues you may not get updated data immediately.
