My W-Class printer is going to be shipped to Germany for our office to use. Can we change the display to use German instead of English?

Yes. The printer supports five different languages. In the Systems Settings Menu, scroll thru and find Menu Language, press Enter, scroll thru and find Deutsch, select Enter. Then Escape and save changes when printer prompts you to save changes.
