Your serial number is in the form of “VUE4-” followed by a set of 5 digits, a dash, a letter, a dash, another set of 5 digits, a dash and a set of 3 digits (VUE4-xxxxx-#-xxxxx-xxx). Do not to enter spaces between the letters, digits and dashes. Make sure you enter dashes (-) underscores (_). Also, read carefully your serial number because it is easy to confuse the letter ‘O’ with Zero. If problems persist, please contact tech support.
