If you have the DirectShow drivers installed, you can run Doctor Videum. It will run through troubleshooting questions and try to apply fixes for known problems. This is for DirectShow only. If you do not have the DirectShow drivers installed, you will need to uninstall your VFW drivers and install the DirectShow drivers to run this application. This will not work for VFW only boards such as the Videum 1000 series.
