My user name information change was submitted and changed at BC OnLine, but not at Court Services Online. How do I change the name of the user logged into Court Services Online?
This is a self-managed process. Once you have submitted your userid name change to the BC OnLine administration for updating, you must then make the changes to your CSO account user profile within the Court Services application. Once in Court Services Online, click on Profile. Enter your updated profile information, click Save. If you are the Account Coordinator for this account you can change the user information for other users within your account by clicking on Manage Group Account. Then click Manage Users. Click on the View button of the user that you want to update the information for. Make the changes and click Save. Software requirements for CSO fillable Smart Forms Court Services Online Smart Forms that were introduced July 2010 require a minimum of Adobe Acrobat Reader or Standard version 8.1. Lower versions are not compatible with these fillable forms.
