My USB flash drive/memory card/memory stick is not recognized in Nero MediaHub. Why?

Nero MediaHub will detect these devices if it use a DCIM folder or an AVCHD sturcture. If this folder is not stored on your device, Nero MediaHub will not detect the device automatically. Please create a DCIM folder on your device and copy and paste your pictures into this folder.
