Boy I’m feeling kinda sorry for your beagle, sounds like the little guy is all you want, do you think he can’t sense this. All a beagle wants is to be loved by his owners, try bonding with him, if you can’t manage to give him the attention he needs, then your husband needs to spend more alone time with him, if neither of you are willing to do this I suggest you find him a loving home where there are no favorites but everybody gets attention not just the tiny dogs.
