My two kittens are going to be indoor cats – will they need cat grass?

I have seven indoor cats. None of them have ever been outside. Cats definitely do not need grass. But they can have fun with it. Get some organic catnip from the Health Food Store. Crumble about a teaspoon between your palms to release the smell , then put it in a little pile on a rug. They will eat it, roll in it and play in it. Only do this maybe twice a month. It can make them aggressive if they get it too often. Too much of any grasses will give them diarrhea. If you give them wheat or barley, be sure to give them a very small amount at first to see if they are allergic to it. Have fun with your kittens!
