Try to look in side tv when it is on you will be able to see an ark flying between two points. This may be caused due dust , a damaged insulation on EHT lead or other wire connected to FLYBACK transformer. You may be able to fox this problem by cleaning the dust from inside of your TV or reparing damaged insulation on the wire. To perform this work make sure that your TV is unplugged and the high voltage from picture tube and electrolytic capacitor had been drained otherwise this can lead to svere electrical shock or serious injure. Do it on your own risk.
