Assuming that Dish, cable androoftop antennas are out of the question, here’s your options. 1) Buy an amplified rabbit ear set or non-traditional design of set-top antenna to increase your range. 2) Buy a ‘carrier wave’ antenna modulator. This device is a little box that plugs into your electrical socket and uses your house’s wiring as an antenna! There’s a company in Roanoke, VA that sells them, but I don’t remember their name. 3) If you have an attic, you can install many rooftop antennas in the attic with a little amplifier, point in the right direction and you’re good to go. This will NOT work with a satellite dish, by the way.
