While the Consulate of the Netherlands issues Schengen visas, the Netherlands must be your main destination. If you’re visiting multiple Schengen countries, you must prove that your stay in the Netherlands is longer than or equal to your stay in other Schengen countries. If an equal number of nights is spent in all Schengen countries, you must apply at the consulate representing the port of first entry.
