My transfer equivalency sheet shows a transfer class with a “000” on it. Does that mean I’m not getting credit?
No. The “000” designation means that the course transferred as an elective because there is not an exact UNCG equivalent for the course. Elective courses may fulfill one or more general education requirements. Return to Top I’ve received my TEW, but it doesn’t say anything about how my transfer credit meets UNCG general education requirements or fits into my chosen major. Several weeks after you receive your acceptance letter, you will receive a degree audit from Student Academic Services. The degree audit will list general education and major requirements that have been fulfilled by your transfer work. You may also see your general education requirements online at UNCGenie (from Student Services & Financial Aid Menu, select Student Records, then Degree Evaluation after you log in). If you are a Business or Nursing major, you will be able to see your major requirements online.
