It is likely the signal line fuse has been blown. This is usually caused by a power source or charged capacitor being applied to channel A or B. Open the Tracker case and check the fuse F1 on the signal PCB (the small card mounted on top of the main PCB). Replace the fuse if necessary with the same type- 1/4 amp AGC fast blow.
