My tags print fine except the description field, which is gibberish. Whats causing this?

There is a bug in the Mozilla Firefox 3 browser which causes it to have problem printing in certain scenarios. The tag looks fine on the screen, but when it is actually sent to the printer the text comes out in weird letters and symbols. These strange characters typically appear in the description field. Firefox does not have a fix out for this that we am aware of. You will need to use a different browser (such as Internet Explorer) to do your tag printing. You can use Firefox to do everything else, but when you print tags, you have to use Internet Explorer.
